Red Sox beat the Tigers by the score of 5-1. Beckett was fantastic as per usual and even recorded his 1000th career strikeout. So that's pretty sweetness. Youkilis hit a HR, adding onto his torture resume against the Tigers. The bullpen didn't fuck things up(hooray!) and Delcarmen even had a clean inning! That's huge for him. Josh Beckett....how can you not love him? Fucking heart, man....fucking heart. Down 3-1 and Josh fired 8 innings, giving up only 1 run and striking out 11 hitters. Dominance. Just pure dominance.
